Responsibilities / content of program

• 15 months program with international assignments
• Option for a permanent position after the Trainee Program
• Get an inside view of Omya operational Risk Management
• Project work in international and innovative environment
• Trainings & Courses (on and off the job)
• Mentoring Programm

Candidate profile requirements

• Master degree in related disciplines of Natural Science or Engineering (e.g. Chemistry, Applied Science, Earth Science, Mining, Industrial, or Process Engineering etc.)

• Analytical thinking and following processes and methodologies

• Ability to understand interdependencies of all areas and willingness to work in
multidisciplinary projects/environment

• Very good interpersonal skills and willingness to work with people at all levels across the organization and in a multicultural environment

• Teamplayer and self-motivation mentality

• Fluent in English and German (any additional Language is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Swiss or EU citizen
